Registrar
The Touro College Los Angeles Registrar handles all official records and registration information, including policies and procedures, transcript requests, and personal forms and documents.
Our on-campus registrar personally assists all students with matters related to grades, records, forms and procedures, and financial aid. You can read the AP Transfer Policy and take a look at the resources at Touro NonStop Student Services.
Transcript Requests
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts should be printed directly from the portal under 'My Records' > 'Unofficial Academic Transcript.'
Official Transcripts
All official transcript requests should be placed online via the Parchment.
Electronic transcript orders will be processed and delivered to the recipient once order information is confirmed; in most cases this is automatic. If additional information is needed, the transcript unit will reach out to you. This may delay processing times.
Paper transcript orders are processed and shipped in 5-7 business days.
Fees for ordering Official Transcripts are listed below:
Transcript Fees
- Electronic transcript $5 per copy (plus tax)
- Official paper transcript $10 per copy (plus tax)
Shipping Fees
- USPS First Class free of charge, no tracking provided
- Fed-Ex domestic overnight shipping $15 (plus tax), tracking provided
- Fed-Ex international shipping $25 (plus tax), tracking provided
Please note that all transcript orders are subject to bursar’s clearance and any holds will affect the processing time. You will be notified if this applies to them.
