The Bursar’s Office oversees all payments, refunds, and student accounts according to the TCLA fee schedule.
Statements are sent out automatically, by email, to the students. If others, such as parents, are making payments on behalf of the students, it is highly recommended that the student authorize them to make payments and receive bills and email notifications.
In addition to sending student statements and bills, the Bursar disburses payments (or “refunds”) to students resulting from loans and government grants.
Touro College maintains a central Bursar’s office in New York. We also have an on-campus Bursar to manage TCLA students’ accounts and payments.
Students may view their bills, authorize parents or other payors, and make payments through Touchnet on the TouroOne portal, by clicking on the financial services tab. Please contact the bursar if you need assistance.
Effective December 17, 2018, student account payments made online by credit or debit card will be charged a 2.85% non-refundable convenience fee by our third party provider, TouchNet® Pay Path. Students can avoid this fee by simply choosing to pay with our electronic check (E-check) option. Please refer to the instructions for making a payment for further details.
